Arion M. Lillard-Green, MHA, M.TS
Arion M. Lillard-Green, is a health services research PhD student in the Department of Health Administration and Policy at George Mason University (GMU), where she was honored as a Presidential Scholar. Over 17 years, Arion has supported aging adults and their families as a private caregiver and hospice Chaplain, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide compassionate end-of-life care in both urban and rural settings.

A storyteller and advocate for fair and even distribution of healthcare, Arion has shared her expertise with media outlets, promoting the importance of person-centered care at all stages of life. She actively contributes to Battelle’s Partnership for Quality Measurement and serves on AcademyHealth’s Long-Term Services and Supports Interest Group Advisory Committee.
Arion holds a Master of Health Administration from GMU, a Master of Theological Studies from Christian Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University (Bloomington). Her unique blend of expertise fuels her passion for transforming public health communication and amplifying diverse voices through platforms like PUBHealthTV.

Rose DeMarino
Director of Clinical Content
Rose has over 21 years of nursing experience in various roles from emergency to hospice and management. She is currently working in an administrative nursing role serving veterans. Rose is also a mother of 2 grown sons, one of which who is non verbal autistic. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and being outdoors, and she loves animals.
Rose joined our team in November 2025 and ensures our health storytelling is both accurate and accessible. With her expertise, she helps bridge the gap between medical knowledge and everyday understanding, keeping our content trustworthy and engaging.
Ayda Hayman
Director of Media & Public Engagement
Ayda is currently an undergraduate student studying at Purdue University. She is pursing a Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. She is apart of the Delta Zeta’s Women Sorority, Purdue Panhellenic Association, and the Student Ambassador Program for the Purdue Polytechnic Institute. She enjoys spending her spare time hanging out with family/friends, working out, and reading.
Ayda joined our team in October 2025 and leads PubHealthTV’s efforts to make health information more accessible and meaningful through creative media and storytelling. Her work brings together patients, caregivers, researchers, and providers to share impactful stories that inspire connection, understanding, and greater awareness around public health issues.
